AN ORDINANCE INCREASING THE INTERMENT FEES AND
COST OF GRAVE SITES IN THE DUBLIN CEMETERY.
I WHEREAS, the Cemetery Commission has recommended an increase in
the rate structures involving Cemetery grave sites and ihterment~,
and
WHEREAS, the Village Council is of the opinion that said fees
should be increased:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio 7 , of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. The interment fees for residents of the Village shall
be increased from $75.00 to $125.00, and for non-residents the fee
shall be increased from $150.00 to $200.00.
Section 2. The cost of a grave site for non-residents shall be
I increased from $200.00 to $300.00 per grave site. The current fee
for residents shall remain at $200.00 per grave site.
Section 3. The Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after the earliest period allowed by law.
