I AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 82-80, 1981 ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, the Ohio Revised Code requires, when necessary, amendments to the Annual Appropriations, and, WHEREAS, amendments are required for Ordinance No. 82-80, the Annual Appropri- ation Ordinance for fiscal 1981, for the purpose of note retirement, NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, -, of the elected members concurring: SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 82-80, be, and it hereby is, amended to read as follows: (Section 2) That there be appropriated from the General Fund: TOTAL for Municipal Building $ 20,000.0 (decreasing the appropriation by $160,500.00 for capital outlay - note on building) Transfers from the General Fund: I To the Safety Fund 163,300.0 To Street Maintenance Fund 123,000.0 To General Bond Retirement Fund 220,500.00 To Parks & Recreation Fund 66 000.0 TOTAL Transfers from General Fund $ 572,800.00 (increasing transfer to G.B.R.F. by $160,500.00) (Section 9) That there be appropriated from the General Bond: Retirement Fund Payments of Principal 1,025,000.00 Payments of Interest 138 500.00 TOTAL - General Bond Retirement Fund 1,163,500.00 (Section 11 and 13 combined) That there be appropriated from the Sewer Fund: Contracted Rebates 186,000.00 Other: Maintenance, etc. 20,000.00 Pump Station Maintenance 12,000.00 Transfer to General Bond Retirement FUn9 265 000.00 TOTAL - Sewer Fund 483,000.00 (Section 14) That there be appropriated from Phase Two Sewer Construction Fund: Engineering Fees Transfer to General Bond Retirement Fund TOTAL - Phase Two Sewer Fund I GRAND TOTAL FOR 1981 Appropriations $ 4,416,538.06 SECTION 2: That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for the further reason that these amendments are necessar to comply with the Ohio Revised Code concerning Municipal finances, therefore, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage. - Passed this 110 fit day of !/pr/!
