I AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF INDIAN HILL ROAD IN THE
RIVER FOREST SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, petitions have been received requesting the vacation of the
the western-most portion of Indian Hill Road;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, r of the elected members concurring;
SECTION 1. That the western-most portion (5 feet) of Indian Hill Road in
the River Forest Subdivision be, and it hereby is, vacated to all motorized
tra ffic .
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after the earliest period allowed by law.

I WHEREAS, petitions have been received/requesting the vacation of
the western-most portion of Indian Hill Road;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, 6;- of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the western-most portion ( S" feet) of Indian Hill
Road in the River Forest Subdivision be, and it hereby is, vacated., 70 AI'
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force

Dear Mr, Sheldon:
As you and I have talked from time to time, we are very much interested
in vacating a stretch of Indian Hill Road at its western terminus.
According to information supplied to me by you, the village solicitor
is of the opinion that this can be done upon petition by Victor Sabo
and myse1 f.
I have written to Vic and asked him to write to you and make this request
and am herewith making the same request in my own behalf. It would seem
practical to ask that the road be vacated approximately from a line from
the western edge of Victor's driveway to the western terminus of the street
as it is presently dedicated,
If this form and requests are not in proper format, please advise and we
I wi 11 revise it.
