AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING MEMBERS or THE VILLAGE or
I DUBLIN COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT CORPORATION
E IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, 7
f the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons be, and they hereby are, appointed
s members of the Dublin Community Improvement Corporation:

ECTION 2. That the above named persons shall serve as members of the Dublin
. I. C. for a period of one year from the effective date of this Ordinance, and
ntil their successors are appointed, or until their death, resignation, or
emoval for cause as determined by Village. Council.
~I ECTION 3. The members of the Dublin C. I. C. shall serve without compensation.
ECTION 4. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
he earliest period allowed by law.
