WHEREAS, pursuant to required advertising, bids have been received for the sale to the Village of a new Maintenance Unit - Tar Kettle and; WHEREAS, Council has determined that the bid of I<,''!J frLlip.lIJe~. for said equipment in the amount of $ J~ f"$. 00 is the lowest/best bid: NOW, THEREfORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring: SECTION 1. That the bid of ki~ 'f.U.lcvnlll./It cP . . for the aale to the Village of said new ar et~le in accordance with the specifications presently on file in the office of the Manager be, and hereby is I accepted. SECTION 2. That the Village Manager and finance Director be, and they hereby are authorized and directed to execute a contract with the said J<ifJ~ fyu.fjJnJUlf elJ. for the purchase of said Tar Kettle SECTION 3. That this Ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for the further reason that the order needs to be placed as soon as possible so as to be available for Street Maintenance at the earliest possible date.
