AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT THE LOWEST/BEST BID FOR A NEW
THREE-QUARTER TON FOUR (4) WHEEL DRIVE PICKUP TRUCK AND
I AUTHORIZE THE MANAGER AND FINANCE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, pursuant to required advertising, bids have been received for
the sale to the Village of Dublin for a new three-quarter ton, four
(4) wheel drive Pickup Truck and;
WHEREAS, Council has determined that the bid of ~~~JV ~~I~"'~Vr~p;t
for said new truck in the amount of $....1; ~ 9tl. tJ IJ ' .
is the lowest/best bid:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1.

the Village of said n truc in accordance with the specifications
presently on file in the office of the Manager be, and hereby is accepted.
SECTION 2.
That the Village Manager and Finance Director be and they hereby are,
I au horized and directed to execute a contract with the said

SECTION 3.
That this Ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure necessary
for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety
and for the further reason that this equipment is needed and may be
delivered within the next thirty (30) days therefore, this Ordinance
shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
