AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT THE LOWEST/BEST BID FOR TWO (2) POLICE CRUISERS, LESS TRADE-INS, AND AUTHORIZING THE MANAGER AND FINANCE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT. I I WHEREAS, pursuant to required advertising, bids have been received for the sale to the Village of two (2) new cruisers, less trade-ins and: WHEREAS, Council has determined that the bid of !Jon ~t.iJ1 {'jl'.V(-tJ/d's for said new cruisers in the amount of $ / // ZJ9. 3 fl is the lowest/best bid: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring: Section 1. That the bid of j)O/t rc6/(J. tfJel(Y- 0ltl5 for the sale to the Village of two (2) new cruisers, less trade-ins, in accordance with specifications presently on file in the office of the Manager be, and hereby is, accepted. Section 2. That the Village Manager and Finance Director be, and they hereby are, authorized and directed to execute a contract with the said OeM %6/1'1 Ch~Vr-O/t/.s for the purchase of said cruisers. Section 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
