AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE DUBLIN ZONING CODE
SECTION 521 (CODIFIED ORDINANCES SECTION 1183.07)
I. PERTAINING TO LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS AND SETTING
A PUBLIC HEARING THEREON.
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended the adoption of
amendments tD'the Zoning Code, Section 521 (Codified Ordinances Section
1183.07) pertaining to Landscape Requirements:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 1 of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That the amendments hereto attached as Exhibit "lP amending the
Zoning Code Section 521 (Codified Ordinances Section 1183.07) are hereby
adopted.
Section 2. The date and time for the public hearing on said amendments is
hereby set for April 6, 1981 at 7:30 p.m. in t~Dublin Municipal Building
6665 Coffman Road.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
the earliest period allowed by law.
