AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE or REAL ESTATE
rOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES.
I. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio,
.~ of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That the herein described real estate, presently owned by
Muirfield ltd. is desired and needed for municipal purposes by the Village
of Dublin, Ohio. (See legal description attached.)
Section 2. That pursuant to the power and authority granted by Sections
715.01 and 715.21 of the Ohio Revised Code and Section 8.02 of the Village
Charter, the Village Manager is hereby authorized and directed to enter
into a contract for the purchase of the described real estate for a pur-
chase price of three hundred seventy one thousand ($371,000.00) dollars,
which contract is to be executed in the name of the Village of Dublin,
Ohio and signed on its behalf by the Village Manager and the Finance
Director.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after the earliest period allowed by law.
