AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING TWO (2) MEMBERS TO THE
PERSONNEL REVIEW BOARD AND ONE (1) MEMBER TO THE
FORESTRY COMMISSION TO FILL UNEXPIRED TERMS.
I WHEREAS, Vacancies have occurred on the aforementioned Board and Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, - ~ of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That IIj ~.t!har4 ~Wa 5 is hereby appointed to the
Personnel Reyi~w Boar ~ se~ve an' nexpired term of two (2) years and,

Section 2.'- That l:!,}"J"J~!s ()Jlltt:'~-" is hereby appointed to the
Forestry Commission to serve an un ex ired term of two (2) years.
Section 3. That the above named persons shall serve as members in their
respective positions until their successors are appointed or until their
death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by Village Council.
Section 4. The members herein appointed shall,perform the functions and
duties as prescribed in Section 7.01 of the Village Charter and Resolution
No: 44-79 adopted by Village Council on December 17, 1979.
Section, 5. The members herein appointed shall serve without compensation.
Section 6. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
'I after the earliest period allowed by law.
