AN ORDINANCE TO COMBINE All SANITARY SEWER
RECEIPTS INTO ONE ACCOUNT, COMBINE All WATER
RECEIPTS INTO ONE ACCOUNT AND TO TRANSFER FUNDS
FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE PARKS AND RECREATION

AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

WHEREAS, as a result of the last audit, the ~ Auditor has recom-
mended that all Sanitary Sewer Receipts be placed in one account and
all Water Receipts placed in one account, and:
WHEREAS, it is necessary to transfer funds into the Parks and Recre-
ation Fund to meet the obligations of said Fund:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
Section 1.
That the Finance Director be, and hereby is, authorized and directed
to combine all Sanitary Sewer Receipts into one Sewer Account, all
Water Receipts into one Water Account and, to make a Transfer in the
amount of $50,000.00 from the GENERAL FUND to the PARK~ AND RECREATION
FUND.
Section 2.
That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to be an
emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public peace, health and safety and for the further reason that the
I State Auditor has recommended consolidation of all Sanitary Sewer
receipts into one account and the cosolidation of all Water receipts
into one account. The transfer is currently needed to meet the ob-
ligations of the Parks and Recreation Department. Therefore, this
Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its
passage.
