AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE PERSONNEL REVIEW
I BOARD: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio,
of the elected members concurring:
,. SECTION: 1. That ..JIJI,,, Ida If,.i" (!J4- . is hereby appointed to
the Planning and Zoning Commission for a term of four (4) years.

SECTION: 2. That Il DA~, t (. (fj/ 'i14 ~ is hereby appointed to
the Personnel Review Board for a erm f three (3) years.
SECTION: 3. That the above named persons shall serve as members in
their respective positions until their successors are appointed or
until their death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by
Village Council.
SECTION: 4. The members herein appointed shall perform the functions
and duties as prescribed in Sections 7.01 and 7.02 of the Village
Charter.
SECTION: 5. The members herein appointed shall serve without compen-
sation.

SECTION: 6. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared
I to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation
of the public peace, health and safety and for the further reason that
these appointments should be made to allow the respective Commission
and Board to conduct its business with a full membership. Therefore,
this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon
its passage.
