AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TRAFFIC CODE
CHAPTER 303. SECTION 303.00 TO INCREASE
THE PENALTY FOR RECKLESS OPERATION OF
A MOTOR VEHICLE
tIi NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village
of Dublin. 7 members concurring:
Section l. That the Traffic Code Chapter 303. Section 303.99
(a) (ll) be and the same hereby is amended to read as follows:
"Whoever violates Section 333.02 shall be guilty of
a first degree misdemeanor."
Section 2. This Section shall take effect and be in force
from and after the earliest period permitted by law.
