AN ORDINANCE CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF A MEMBER TO THE
DUBLIN C.I.C. - COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT CORPORATION FOR THE
1 BALANCE OF AN UNEXPIRED TERM: AND DELCLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, the Mayor, with the concurrence of Council, may appoint members
to said C.I.C. and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor now recommends said appointment:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, i' of the elected members concurring:
Section 1.
That the following named person be and hereby is, appointed as a member
of the C.I.C. to fill an unexpired term:
EMERSON BERRY
Section 2.
That the above named person shall serve as a member of the C.I.C. until
his successor is appointed or until deat~resignation or removal for
cause as determined by Council.
Section 3.
Said member of the C.I.C. shall serve without compensation.
, Section 4.
That the Ordinance be, and the same hereby is declared to be an emer-
gency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public
peace, health and safety and for the further reason that the President
of the C.I.C. requests confirmation of said appointment prior to the
next scheduled meeting December 18, 1980. Therefore, this Ordinance
shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
