AN ORDINANCE. TO AMEND THE 1980 APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE,
I AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, the Ohio Revised Code requires that, when necessary, amend-
ments must be made to the Annual Appropriations prior to the close
of the fiscal year, and:
WHEREAS, amendments are required on Ordinance No. 02-80, the Annual
Appropriations for 1980:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
Section 1.
That Ordinance No: 02-80 be, and hereby is, amended as follows:
In appropriations from the General Fund by increasing the appropriation
for "Clerical Assistant" in the sum of $700.00 thereby increasing said
appropriation from $9,650.00 to $10,350.00; by increasing the appropri-
ation for Finance Director in the sum of $600.00 thereby increasing
said appropriation from $9,000.00 to $9,600.00; by increasing the
appropriation for Street Liqhting in the sum of $500.00 thereby in-
creasing said appropriation from $21,000.00 to $21,500.00; by increasing
the appropriation for "Trash Collection" in the sum of $600.00 there-
by increasing said appropriationfrom$88,OOD.DO to $88,600.00; by
I increasing the appropriation for "Municipal Building - Capital Im-
provements" in the sum of $15,000.00 thereby increasing said appropri-
ation from $168,720.00 to $183,720.00; by increasing the appropria-
tion for "Transfers" in the sum of $7,000.00 thereby increasing said
appropriation from $309,000.00 to $316,000.00; by appropriating $10,000.00
for "Personnel Benefits and ,P .E.R.S." thereby increasing said appropri-
ation from -0- to $10,000.00 (new accounting forms require that this
be shown as a seperate item opposed to being merged as salaries and
fringes) and by decreasing the appropriation for "Capital IlIl>rovements-
Leisure Time" in the sum of $,,100.00 thereby decreasing said appro-
priation from $224,000.00 to $ZIf,100.00; by decreasing the appropri-
ation for "Contingencies" by the sum of $"000.00 thereby decreasing
said appropriation from $40,000.00 to $JO,~O.OO; by decreasing the
appropriation for "Ca i tal I rovements- Tranortation FaciIi ties"
in the sum of $tf, 00.00 thereby decreasing said appropriation from

Section 2.
In appropriations from "Other Additional Funds" Ordinance No. 02-80
is hereby amended as follows: By increasing the appropriation for
"Columbus Sewer Capacity Rebates" in the sum of $5,000.00 thereby
increasing said appropriation from $50,000.00 to 55,000.00, and by
decreasing the appropriation for "Sewer Construction Funds" by the
sum of $5,000.00 thereby decreasing said appropriation from $250,000.00
to $245,000.00.
I Section 3.
That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to be an
emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public peace, health and safety and for the further reason that the
amendments/adjustments must be made, per the Ohio Revised Code, prior
to the end of the fiscal year therefore, this Ordinance shall take
effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
