PLAN FOR THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO", ESTABLISHING TWO (2)
I ADDITIONAL PAID HOLIDAYS.
WHEREAS, research has indicated that the Village of Dublin does not
recognize as many legal holidays as a majority of the Franklin County
metropolitan communities, and,
WHEREAS, it is recommended by the Village Manager that the number
of paid holidays for all salaried, full-time employees be increased
from (7) to nine (9):
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. In addition to the holidays established in Section No. 6
of Ordinance No: 61-77, there is hereby established two (2) additional
holidays being speci fically: Washington's Birthday in February and
I Columbus Day in October.
Section 2. All Sections in "The COlll>ensation Plan" now existing
which are not affected by this amendment shall remain in full force
and effect.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after the earliest period allowed by law.
