AN ORDINANCE TO APPOINT A PERSON TO FILL THE UNEXPIRED
I TERM OF DON CAUDY AS A MEMBER OF THE DUBLIN PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, Mr. Don Caudy has resigned from said Commission, and:
WHEREAS, Council has determined that .J'(JIJdI' Jt!.z~lJf8~ is a suit-
able person to serve the balance of this unexpired term:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION'~. That 1f~/"~~f'~iS hereby appointed to serve this
unexpired term commencing wit the effective date of this Ordinance and
ending December 31, 1984 per Section 7.02 of the Village Charter.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after the earliest period allowed by law.
