AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE 1980 APPROPRIATIONS:
I AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, The Ohio Revised Code requires, when necessary, amendments
to the Annual Appropriations: and
WHEREAS, amendments are required for Ordinance No.02-80, the Annual
Appropriation Ordinance for fiscal 1980:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT OR~INED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, of the elected members concurring:
SECTION: 1. That Ordinance No. 02-80, the Annual Appropriation
Ordinance for fiscal 1980 be, and it hereby is, amended as follows:
In appropriations from the General Fun~by increasing the appropri-
ation for Law Director by the sum of $5,000.00, thereby, increasing
said appropriation from $30,000.00 to $35,000, and by decreasing
the appropriation for Clerk of Council by the sum of $5,000.00,
thereby decreasing said appropriation from $14,500.00 to $9,500.00.
In appropriations from the Water Tap Fee Fund, by increasing the

$5,000.00, thereby, increasing said appropriation from $10,000.00
I to $15,000.00 and by decreasing the appropriation for Contracted
rebates by the sum of $5,000.00, thereby, decreasing said appro-
priations from $65,000.00 to $60,000.00
SECTION: 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is,
declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
p.raa.ervatiooof the public peace, health and safety and for the .,.'
further reason that these amendments are necess~to comply with
the Ohio Revised Code concerning Municipal finances, therefore,
this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon
its passage.
