AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR

I TO MAKE TRANSFERS FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO
THE PARKS AND RECREATION FUND AND TO THE BOND
I RETIREMENT FUND: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, the 1980 Appropriations included an appropriation for
TRANSFERS from the General Fund to meet the obligations of other
Funds without sufficient income to meet said other funds' obli-
gations:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAI~D by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, , of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1 That the Finance Director be, and he hereby is, author-
ized to make a TRANSFER from the General Fund to the Parks and
Recreation Fund in the amount of $6,500.00 to meet the obliga-
tions of the Parks and Recreation Department, and a TRANSFER
from the General Fund to the Bond Retirement Fund in the amount
of $46,500.00 to meet demand payments, on Bonds previously issued
to cover the cost of the Village's share of various utility
(Sewer and Water) projects.
SECTI ON 2 That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, de-
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for the
further reason that these TRANSFERS are presently needed to meet
I the obligations of these two (2) Funds and therefore this Ordinance
shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
