BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, I. members cx:m.curring that: I Sectioo 1. Definitions : I I I i I.Dn;J bow - As used herein, lOBJ bow is defined as that hunting weapon I I I , whereby a projectile or arJ:'OW is directed tcJward a target by means of the I manual draw:in.g and release of a st:rin:J attad1ed to a pole or:rod. (bow) Catp:>und bow. - As used herein, Catpound bow is defined as a long bow whereby the manual release and draw of the strin3' is aided by nechani.cal pulleys or other devices attached to the heM.
