Dear Sirs: In regard to the proposed annexation of 53.4 acres by Guy Investment Co. Et. AI. fixed for 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, June 4, 1980, I offer the following com- ments concerning services: SANITARY SEWERS: A gravity flow sewer was recently installed which would service all the property subject to this proposed annexation. WATER SERVICES: Although there are no Water services currently available to these properties, all areas subject to this annexation are included in our Water Service Contract with the City of Columbus. ~ POLICE PROTECTION: The Village currently has an expanding Police Departm~nt with 24 hour coverage and mutual aid with other departments. Since we currently serve areas com- pletely surrounding the area subject to annexation, ~rvice to the area should be accomplished very easily. FIRE PROTECTION: I The area is now served by the Washington-Perry Fire Department and if annexed would retain the same services. TRASH COlLECTION/STRtET MAINTENANCE: This area if annexed would receive these services and since most of the surrounding area is already in the Village these services should be accomplished very easily. It is the feeling of Dublin Officials that we can, and will, provide good service to this area if this proposed annexation is approved.
