~I I Now, THEREFORE BE rr ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,

I Section 1. No person shall operate any IOOtorized bicycle, m:>torcycle,

Section 2. Whoever violates this Section may be fined not to exceed I
one Hundred Dollars ($100.00). In aatition to any fine Jnposed sud1 pemon l
