AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER
OF FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL FUNDS TO THE
PARKS AND RECREATION FUND: AND DE-
I CLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, the 1980 Appropriations Ordinance included an appropriation
to transfer these funds:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring: .
SECTION 1- That the Finance Director be, and he hereby is, authorized
and directed to make a TRANSFER from the GENERAL FUND to the PARKS AND
RECREATION in the amount of $12,000.00.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared
an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public peace, health and safety and for the further reason that this
TRANSFER is presently needed to meet the obligations of the Parks and
Recreation Department therefore, this ordinance shall take effect
immediately upon its passage.
