I WHEREAS, said annexation has been approved by the Franklin County Commission- ers and Council is of the opinion that said territory should be annexed. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring: SECTION 1. That the petition of Roger A. and Diane E. The area is in our Sewer Service I Contract with the City of Columbus. WATER SERVICE The subject area is in our Water Service Contract with the City of Columbus, therefore, it can be served when planning and financial obligations will p~rmit. PO L I CEPROTECT I ON ~Village currently has 24 hour coverage with nine (9) full-time and twelve (12) Reserve Officers. FIRE PROTECT I ON Fire protection is provided by the Washington-Perry Townships Fire Department and, they too, have mutual aid Agreements with other Fire Departments. MA I NTENANCE AND J MPRQVEMENTS The Village spends 8 considerable amount of funds to maintain good services in the area of Street and Road maintenance, Snow removal, I etc., therefore, this area could be served with the same services currently provided to Village residents. It is the feel ing of Dublin Officials that we can and wi II, provide good services to this area proposed for Annexation.
