WHEREAS, said annexation has been approved by the Franklin County Commis- sioners and Council is of the opinion that said territory should be annexed: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, '7 of the elected members concurring: SECTION 1. That the petition of Mary E. Scatterday, et a1., for the annexation to the Village of Dublin, of the following described terri- tory in the County of Franklin and adjacent to the Village of Dublin to wit: (See attachment "A" the legal description) which is hereby made an official part of this Ordinance.
