~\ TO THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO, (SITUATED ADJACENT TO THE
I EXISTING EASTERLY VILLAGE BOUNDARY ON RINGS ROAD AND EXTEND-
ING EASTERLY APPROXIMATELY 1170 FEET TO DUBLIN ROAD, THENCE
SOUTH ON THE WEST SIDE OF DUBLIN ROAD APPROXIMATELY 1,610
FEET, AT WHICH POINT IT CROSSES DUBLIN ROAD AND TAKES IN
ALL PROPERTIES ALONG THE RlVER TO HAYDEN RUN ROAD. IT ALSO
INCLUDES ALL LAND SOUTH OF THE NEW SHEREX CHEMICAL BUILDING
APPROXIMATELY 1,890 FEET TO TUTTLE ROAD FOR A DISTANCE OF
1,045 FEET THEN EASTERLY 2,412 FEET TO DUBLIN ROAD). THE
ENTIRE ANNEXATION CONSISTING OF 251.063 ACRES.
WHEREAS, said annexation has been approved by.the:Frsflklin County. Commissioner
and Council is of the opinion that said territory should be annexed:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the petition of Jean L. Cattaneo, et al., for the annexation
to the Village of Dublin, of the following described territory in the County
of Franklin and adjacent to the Village of Dublin to-wit: (See Attachment "A",
the legal description) which is hereby made an official part of this Ordinance
The accurate map of said territory together with its petition and a certified
transcript of the proceedings of the County Commissioners relating thereto
and on file in the office of the Village Manager be, and the same hereby is,
accepted.
I SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after the earliest period allowed by law.

il proceeding this day to hear and consider the petition of Jean
:l N. Cattaneo, et al., filed December 3, 19J9, and having in
!~ open hearing heard all of the persons desiring to be heard
for or against the granting of said petition, and having considere
all the facts with reference thereto, and being fully advised,
FIND, that said petition contains all of the matters
required by law; that the territory sought to be annexed is
adjacent and contiguous to the said Village of Dubibin, Ohio;
that the petition contains a full and complete description
of said territory sought tO,be annexed; that the map for said
territory is accurate;. that the petition for said territory
is signed by a majority of the owners of real estate within
the territory sought to be annexed; that the required legal
notice has been published; that the territory sought to be
annexed is not unreasonably large; and that the general good
of the territory sought to be annexed will be served if this
annexation is granted, all in accordance with the provisions
of the Ohio ~evised Code 709.033; therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: On motion of Mr. Cooper, seconded
I by Mr. Foulk, that the prayer of said petition be granted
and tnatthe territory described in' said petition be annexed
to the Village of Dublin, Ohio, in,accordance with the law; , '
that the orders and proceedings of this Board relating to
