NCM THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL of the Village of

Section 1. All offenses within t:ba general offenses c:x:lde of t:ba

further delineation whether such offenses are first, secxmd, third, or
, fourth degree misdsreanors or minor misdemeanors or other misdsreanor
with penalty defined, be and the same hereby are derxm:inated as minor
