AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE
GENERAL FUND TO THE SAFETY-POLICE FUND, THE STREET MAIN-
TENANCE AND REPAIR FUND AND THE PARKS AND RECREATION
I FUND; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, the Appropriation Ordinance for 1980 includes an appropriation for
the TRANSFER of funds from the General Fund to the abovementioned funds, and:
WHEREAS, these Transfers must be made to meet the obligations of said above-
. ,. mentioned" funds:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
make a transfer from the General Fund to the Safety-Police Fund in the amount
of $75,000.00, a Transfer to the Street Maintenance and Repair Fund in the
amount of $50,000.00 and a Transfer to the Parks and Recreation Fund in the
amount of $15,000.00.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to be an
emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace,
health and safety and for the further reason that these Transfers are necess-
ary in order to meet the obligations of the abovementioned funds and therefore
this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
