AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT THE LOWEST AND/OR BEST BID fOR
AVERY PARK IMPROVEMENTS: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
I WHEREAS, bids have been received for Avery Park Improvements, and:
WHEREAS, Council has determined that the bid of Trio Construction Services
in the amount of $ 89,757.00 for said improvements is the lowest
and/or best bid: .
NOW, THEREfORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, 5 of the elected members concurring:
SECTI ON 1: That the bid of Trio Construction Services for Avery Park
Improvements in accordance with specifications presently on file in the office
of the Manager be, and hereby is, accepted and, the Manager and finance Direct
or are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with said Company.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to be an
emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public
peace, health and safety and for the further reason that these improvements
are currently needed and should be done at the earliest possible date, there-
fore, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its
passage.
