AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT THE LOWEST AND/OR BEST
BID FOR A NEW PARKS MOWING TRACTOR AND MOWER:
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
I WHEREAS, bids have been received for a new Tractor and Mower for use in
Village owned Parks, and:
WHEREAS, Council has determined that the bid of _~())....rro-t\ TrnrlelYlel'l1- lo.
for said equipment is the lowest and/or best bid:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 1 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION ~. That the bid of ~Q('~()-t-\- IVY\ f \~m~f\ t CoM.f~l"\-t\; for the sale
to the Vll1age of a new Parks Mow~ng Tractor and Mower ln e amount of
$ 5, l\sD,CO and in accordance with specifications presently on file
in the office of the Manager be, and hereby is, accepted.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to be
an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public
peace, health and safety and for the further reason that the monies for
said equipment were Budgeted and Appropriated for fiscal 1980 and for the
further reason that said equipment is immediately needed to maintain Village
Parks, therefore, this Ordinance shall take effect and be force immediately
upon its passage.
