AI ORDINAICB TO ACCEPI' THE DEDICATION OF DAVID ROAD TO THE
VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO.

I IBBRBAS, all property owners on David Road (currently a private Road) have
petitiOPed the Village of Dublin to accept the dedication of said Road, and:
WBlRBAS, all said property owners have duly signed the Plat to dedicate said
Road to the Village;
NOW, THERBFORB, BB IT OBDlINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
olI00bio, 1 of the elected meabers concurring:
SBCTION 1. The Council of the Village of Dublin does hereby accept the dedi-
cation of David Road to the Village of Dublin and reserves the right to asses '
iaprove.ents deemed necessary .4 so.. future date.
SECTION 2. The Director of Law, is hereby directed to record aaid Plat when
accepted and duly signed by proper Village Officials.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in fDrce froa and
after the earliest period allowed by law.
