I WHI!:RlIlS, pursuant to OrdilWlOe 10: 32-78 passed by the Village Oounoil on
JIq 1, 1978, the Village Xanager, with concurrence of Council, m&7 grant
relief from the requirement for mandato17 hookup to the Sani ta17 Sewer
System, and:
WHEREAS, lMrsuant to Ordinance 10: 40-79 passed by the Village Council on
April 16, 1979, and Ordinance 10: 100-79 passed by Village Council on
November 5, 1979, n1ne (9) other parties, all of Mhich are either north
or south of thBse_,,,pplicant's, were granted said relief. It is hereby
recommended b7 the Village Jlanager tha.t these applicant's are justll' en-
titled to the same exemption:
NOW, 't~RE, BE 1'1' ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of DIlblin,
State of Ohio, ..1- of the elected members concurring:
S1OO'1'101 1. Although not residents of the Village of DIlblln at the present
time, D' and WHJ!2l the following named persons are annexed to the Village of
DIlblin, Ohio, thel' shall be exempted from the mandato17 hookup to the
Sani ta17 Sewer System. This exemption shall not appll' if the ptopertl' is
Hld to a new owner.

This is a request to .~. granted relief from being required to
tap into the village sewer if annexed.
Municipal Ordinance 4079 grants relief to a number of our
neighbors from being required to tap into the sewer, if annexed,
unless required to do so by the Environmental Protection Agency.
.
Our property lies within the areas granted this relief. Also,
our situation is similar to the situation which prompted their
being granted such relief.
Therefore, we pray that we be granted the same relief, which
Council may grant under the provisions of Ordinance 3278.
