A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A DUBLIN
REPRESENTATIVE TO THE CENTRAL OHIO
TRANSIT AUTHORITY ADVISORY PANEL
WHEREAS, Council has completed their interview of candidates for
appointment to the Central Ohio Transit Authority Advisory Panel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, __q_ of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. anji 1 oklnafij is hereby appointed to a three -year term on
the Central Ohio Transit Authority Advisory Panel, such term beginning
immediately and expiring on March 31, 2015.
Section 2. The above -named person shall serve until a successor is appointed
or until death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City Council.
Section 3. The member herein appointed shall serve without compensation.
Section 4 This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section
4.04(a) of the Revised Charter.
