AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE LOWEST AND/OR BEST
BID FOR A NEW TRACTOR-LOADER-BACKHOE, LESS
I TRADE IN, AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE MANAGER AND
FINANCE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT: AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, bids have been received for a new Tractor-Loader-Backho ,
less trade in, and:
WHEREAS, Council has determined that the bid of
~'."'~l Co for said equipment is the lowest
bid:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Counci I of the Vi Ilage of
Dublin, State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. That the bid of R,u,1I- ~."""'1 C6 for the sale to
the Village of a new TRACTOR-LOADER-BACKHOE, less trade in, in
accordance with specifications presently on file in the office
of the Manager be, and hereby is, accepted.
SECTION 2. That the Vi Ilage Manager and Finance Director be,
and they hereby are, authorized and directed to execute a con-
tract in the name of the Vi Ilage with the said ,~..
I ~~l""" Co for the purchase by the Village of a new
TRACTOR-LOADER-BACKHOE, less trade in, in accordance with the
specifications presently on file in the office of the Manager,
and in accordance with the said bid price of $~/,"~~

SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, de-
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for the
further reason that monies from the General Revenue Sharing Fund
have been appropriated for said purchase and for the further
reason that said ,equipment is presently needed and, therefore
this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately
upon its passage.
