AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING THREE (3)
MEMBERS OF THE VILLAGE FORESTRY
I COMMISSION.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dubl in, State of
Ohio, '1 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I . That the following named persons be, and they hereby
are, appointed as members of the Forestry Commiss'ion as created
by Resolution No: 44-79 of the Village of Dublin, Ohio:

S'c o71 1(<JSE'R for a term of two (2) years
Jof(,J REi NEt<. for a term of three (3) years
SECTION 2. That the above named persons shall serve as members
of said Commission unti I their successors are appointed, or unt i I
the i r death, resignation or removal for cause as determined by
Counc i I .
SECTION J. The members herein appointed to this Commission shall
perform the functions and duties as prescribed in Resolution No:
I 44-79 of the Village of Dublin, Ohio.
SECTION 4. The members of the Commission appointed herein shall
meet as soon as possible at the Dublin Municipal Bui Iding for the
purpose of electing a Chairman, adopting rules for the conducting
of business, and transacting any other~busjness which may come
before the Commission at said meeting.
SECTION 5. That the members of the Forestry Commission shall
" serve without compensation.
SECTION 6. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
f from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
