I This Ordinance did not appear in the ForuM or Villager but I
I woul~ appreciate it if Council would waive the Council Rule of
Order for advertising so that it can be read for the first tiMe.
These two sections of codified Ordinance are used on a daily
basis by the Police for issuance of citations and also include
the penalties.
The law Director is reviewing said Sections for context and
cOMpleteness and we do desire to be able to adopt s.~4 Codes
at the earliest pos.ible time, but are not asking for emergency
legislation.
