AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING MEMBERS
OF THE VILLAGE CEMETERY COMMISSION.
I BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of
Ohio, '7 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. That the following named persons be, and they hereby
are, appointed as members of the Cemetery Commission as created
by Section 7.06 of the Dublin Charter:

SECTION 2. That the above named persons shall serve as members
6f' said Commission until their successors are appointed, or until
their death, resignation or removal for cause as determined by
Counc i I .
SECTION 3. The members' herein appointed to this Commission shall
perform the functions and duties as prescribed in Section 7_06
of the Village Charter. ,
I SECTION A. The members of the Commission appointed herein shall
meet as soon as possible at the Dublin Municipal Building for the
purpose of electing a Chairman, adopting rules for the conducting
of business, and transacting any other business which may come
before the Commission at said meeting_
SECTION 5. That the members of the Cemetery Commission shall
serve without compensation.
SECTION 6. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
