AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING MEMBERS
OF THE VILLAGE PERSONNEL BOARD
I OF REVIEW.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of
Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. That the following named persons be, and they hereby
are, appointed as members of the Personnel Board of Review as
created by Section 7.01 of the Dublin Charter:

SECTION 2. That the above named persons shall serve as members
of said Board until their successors are appointed, or until
their death, resignation or removal for c~U.se as determined by
Counc i I .
SECT I ON 3.. The members herein appointed to this Board shall per-
form the functions and duties as prescribed in Section 7.01 of
I the Village Charter.
SECTION 4:. The members of the Board appointed herein shall meet
as soon as possible at the Dublin Municipal Building for the pur-
pose of electing a Chairman, adopting rules for the conducting
of business, and transacting any other business which may come
before the Board at said meeting.
SECTION 5. That members of the Personnel Board of Review shall
serve without compensation.
SECTION 6. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
