AN ORDINANCE APPOINT~NG MEMBERS OF
THE VILLAGE PARKS AND RECREATION
I COMMITTEE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of
Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. That th~ following named persons be, and they hereby
are, appointed as members of the Parks and Recreation Committee
as crea*ed by section 7.03 of the Dublin Charter:

SECTION ~. That the above named persons shall s.rve as members
of said Committee until their .uccessor. are 8ppoint.d, or until
their death, resignation or removal for cause a. determined by
Counc i I .
SECTION 3. The members herein appointed to this Committee shall
perform the functions and duties as prescribed in Section 7.03
of the Village Charter.
SECTION 4. The members of the Committee appointed herein shall
meet as soon as possible at the Dublin Municipal Building for
the purpose of electing a Chairman, .dopting rules for the con-
ducting 9f business, and transacting any other business which
may come before the Committee at said meeting.
SECTION 5. That members of the Parks and Recreation Committee
I shall serve without compensation.
SECTION 6. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
