AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING MEMBERS
OF THE VILLAGE ARCHITECTURAL RE-
I VIEW BOARD AND SETTING THEIR
TERMS .
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of
Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons be, and they hereby
are, appointed as members of the Architectural Review Board as
created by Section 7.05 of the Dublin Charter:

SECTION 2. That the above named persons shall serve as members
of said Board until their successors are appointed, or until
I their death, resignation or removal for cause as determined by
Council.
SECT I ON 3,. The members herein appointed shall perform the func-
tions as prescribed in Section 7.05 of the Charter and as defined
in O~dinance 21-70, the Zoning Code of the Village of Dublin.
SECTION 4. The members of the Board appointed herein shall meet
as soon as possible at the Dublin Municipal Building for the pur-
pose of electing a Chairman, adopting rules for the conducting
of business, and transacting any other business which may come
before the Board at said meeting.
SECTION 5. That members of the Architectural Review Board shall
serve without compensa.ion.
SECTION 6. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in forcE
from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
