AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING MEMBERS OF
THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION.
I BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of
Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. That the following named persons be, and they hereby
are, appointed as members of the Planning and Zoning Commission
as created by Section 7.02 of the Dublin Charter:

SECTION 2. That the above named persons shall serve as members
of said Commission until their successors are appointed, or until
their death, resignation or removal for cause as determined by
Counc i I .

I SECTION 4. The members herein appointed to this Commission shall
have duties and functions provided by the Charter, Ordinances anc
Resolutions of the Village, and, power~ duties and functions as
, are prov i ded by the laws of Ohio, to the extend that such laws
do not conflict with provisions of the Village Charter.
SECTION 4. The members of the Commission appointed herein shall
meet as soon as possible at the Dublin Municipal Buildinsfor
the purpose of electing a Chairman, adopting rules for the con-
ducting of business, and transacting any other business which
may come before the Commission at said meeting.
SECTION 5. That members of the Planning and Zoning Commission
shall serve without compensation.
SECTION 6. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
