AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ANNAUL APPRO- PRIATION ORDINANCE FOR 1979 AND DECLAR- III ING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, the Ohio Revised Code requires, that when necessary, amendments must be made to the Annual Appropriations prior to the close of the Fiscal Year; and WHEREAS, amendments are required on Ordinance No: 1-79, the Annual Appropriations for the Vi I lage of Dubl in, Ohio: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring: SECTION I. That Ordinance No: 1-79 be, and hereby is, amended as fo II ows : In Appropriations from the GENERAL FUND by increasing the appro- priation for "Clerical Assistant" in the sum of $1,947.00, there- by increasing said appropriation from $4,300.00 to $6,247.00, by increasing the appropriation for "Municipal Bui Iding" in the sum of $10,126.00 thereby increasing said appropriation from $8,500. 00 to $18,626.00, by increasing the appropriation for "Sol icitor' in th~ sum of $4,043.00 thereby increasing said appropriation I from $25,000.00 to $29,043.00, by increasing the appropriation for "Trash Collection" in the sum of $6,674.00 thereby increasin~ said appropriation from $60,000.00 to $66,674.00, by increasing the appropriation for "Contingencies" in the sum of $14,644.00 thereby increasing said appropriation from $15,000.00 to $29,644. 00, by increasing the appropriation for "Auditor Deducts" in the sum of $3,413.00 thereby increasing said appropriation from $18,000.00 to $21,413.00, and by decreasi~ the appropriation for "Capital Improvements" in the sum of 40,847.00 thereby de- creas i ng sa i d appropr i at i on from $645,300.00 to $ '01{ '1S3.00 . ./ SECTION 2. From un-appropriated funds from receipt of Real E- state Taxes, the appropriations for the POLICE DEPARTMENT are increased by the sum of $2,095.00, thereby increasing said ap- propriation from $222,000.00 to $224,095.00. SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, de- clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for the further reason that, per the Ohio Revised Code, these adjustments must be made prior to the end of the fiscal year, therefore this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its I passage.
