AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER
OF FUNDS FROM "OLD DUBLIN WATERLINE
I FUND" TO THE BOND RETIREMENT FUNDi AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, the Old Dublin Waterlines have been completed and Bonds
have been sold to retire the debt; and
WHEREAS, any remaining funds in the "Old Dublin Waterline Fund"
should be transferred to clear said fund:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, , of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I . That the Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized and
directed to Transfer $ 2./. 7/{,. '8 from the "Old Dublin Water I in
Fund" to the Bond Retirement Fund.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, de-
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation of the publ ic peace, health and safety and for the
further reason that all funds in the "Old Dublin Waterline Fund"
should be transferred to the Bond Retirement Fund to assist in
I the retirement of debt, therefore this Ordinance shall take ef-
fect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
