AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE COMPENSATION OF
THE MAYOR ,UNDER THE CHARTER FORM OF GOVERNMENT.
I WHEREAS, under the Ch.rter, the Vill..e Council will elect one
of it. own .e.ber. to .erve .. M.yor to pre.ide at .eeting. of
Council, conduct M.yor. Court and to perforM cer..onial dutie.:
NOW, THEREFOR~ BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, '" of the.,el.cted .e.ber. concurring:
SECTION I. That for perfor.ing the duti.. of Mayor under the
Charter For. of Govern.ent the per.on de.ignat.d .. M.yor .hall
be co.pen.ated at the r.te of $3,000.00 annually and, i n add it i 0' ,
.hall receive $25.00 per .eeting for attendance at .11 Regular
and duly .uthorized Special Me.ting. of the Vill.ge Council.

AMENDED:
"In the event that the Mayor is absent from a Council meeting or
a session of Mayor's Court, the Vice Mayor, serving in the ab-
sence of the Mayor,shall be compensated at the rate of $25.00
for each such meeting requiring his/her services.
