AN ORDINANCE CONFIRNING THE FI1f!L APPOINTMENT
OF A "BUILDING INSPECTOR".
I WHEREAS, DAVID L. PRICE has satisfactorily served a six month probationary
period as a "'Building Inspector", and;
WHEREAS, the Village Administrator, in conjunction with the Village Engineer
recommends that the final appointment be made, and,;

w'HEREAS, Council is of the opinion that DAVID L. PRICE is ~ suitable person
for such appointment:
NOW, T:HEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, Ie> of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the final appointment on the recommendation of the Village
Administrator, of DAVID L. PRICE as a Building Inspector be, and hereby is,
confinned.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force frOm and
after the earliest period allowed by law.
