I WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No: 32-78 passed by the Village Counci I on May I, 1978, the Vi Ilage Administrator, with concur- rence of Council, may grant relief from the requirement for mand- atory hookup to the Sanitary Sewer System, and; WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No: 40-79 passed by the Vi I lage Council on Apri I 16, 1979, eight (8) other parties, of which two (2) are on either side of this applicant, were granted said re lief. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dubl in, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring: SECTION I. Although not residents of the Village of Dublin at the present time, IF and WHEN the following named persons are annexed to the Vi I lage of Dubl in, Ohio, they shall be exempted from the mandatory hookup to the Sanitary Sewer System. October 10, 1979 Dublin Village Council Attnl Sherman Sheldon Village Administrator Council Membersl I September 8, 1978 the undersigned granted to the Village of Dublin an easement for a sanitary sewer line to be routed through the Lot Numbers 10, 11, and the north half of lot 12 of the Scioto Shores SubdivisiQ~. Subsequent to the granting of this easement Village Council passed ordinances 32-78 and 40-79 dated May 1 and April 16 respectively. Ordinance 40-79 granted exemption from mandatory sewer hook-up to certain Washington Township residents residing along the east side of Dublin Road in the event these properties were annexed by the' Village of Dublin. Lots 10, 11 and 1/2 of 12 of Scioto Shores Subdivi- sion, designated at 7016 Dublin Bellpoint Road, lies between 6992 and 7044 Dublin Bellpoint road, properties owned by Quillan and Bailey and for which exemptions have been granted. The conditions for exemption for sewer hook-up stated in Ordinance 32-78 are believed applicable to the property owned by the undersigned. 'Therefore the undersigned request that the Council of the Village of D'llblin amend or modify Ordinance 40-79 to also exempt I Robert C. and Patrician A.
