AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT THE LOWEST AND BEST BID FOR A LEAF LOADER, AUTHORIZING THE VIL- I LAGE ADMINISTRATOR AND CLERK-TREASURER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT: AND DECLARING AN EMER- GENCY. WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No: g3-1 , bids have been receive~ for the sale to the Village of a new LEAF LOADER; and WHEREAS, Counc i I has determ i ned that the bid of J(,~ t....J'~MIIA CD in the amount of $ ,,~.,.e is the lowest and best bid. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDA INED by the Counc i I of the V i II age of Dublin, State of Ohio, , of the elected members concurring: SECTION I. That the bid of II..'N& /itv,""'e.n Co for the sale to \ the Village of a new LEAf LOADER in accordance with the specifi- cations presently on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer be, and hereby is, accepted. SECTION 2. That the Village Administrator and the Clerk-Treasure~ be, and they hereby are, authorized and directed to execute a I contract in the name of the Village with the said ~~ ~d~ t..o for the purchase by the Village of a new Leaf Loader in accordance with the specifications presently on file in the office of the CI~k-Treasurer, and in accordance with the sa i d bid, of I(.,AJ(" CIa"", MW'l . SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, de- clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for the further reason that this equipment will be needed in the very near future for leaf collection. Therefore, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
