AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE ADMINI-
STRATOR TO CONTRACT FOR PART-TIME DRAFTING
I SERVICE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of
Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring: '
SECTION I. The Village Administrator be, and hereby is, author-
ized to enter into a contract for "Drafting Service" on a part-
time basis.
SECTION 2. Said contract shall contain the following provisions:
A. Contract shall be for one(l) year term.
B. Contract shall be subject to cance"ation by either
. party without cause on thirty (30) days' notice.
C. The pay scale shall be set in the range of $7.50-
8.50 per hour, with a maximum of 1,040 hours of
billable service per year allowed.
D. The duties of the draftsperson so engaged shall be to:
I . Revise and update all utility atlas maps as new
subdivisions and developments are completed.
2. Prepare maps, drawings, and exhibits for reports
and capital improvement projects as needed.
I 3. Perform other related work as necessary
E. All work shall be assigned by and supervised by the
Vi Ilage Engineer.
SECTION ~. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after the earliest period allowed~~y law.

I SALARY:
$7.50 to $8.50 per hour
Annual Contract: subject to caneel lation by either party without
cause on 30 days' notice
Estimated Time: 15 to 20 hours per week average
DUTilES:
(a) . Revise and update utility atlas maps as new subdivisions and
developments are completed. (This work currently being per-
formed by Burgess & Niple on a part-time basis)
(b) . Prepare maps, drawings and exhibits for reports, and capital
improvement projects as needed.
Work to be assigned and supervised by the Village Engineer.
