AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE LOWEST AND/OR BEST
BID FOR GARBAGE AND RUBBISH COLLECTING AND
I HAULING SERVICE TO THE VILLAGE: AUTHORIZING
THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR AND CLERK-TREASURER
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT: AND DECLARING AN EMER-
GENCY.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No: 77-79 bids have been received
for garbage and rubbish collecting and hauling service to the
V i II ageiand
WHEREAS, Council has determined that the bid of~ ~~~~
is the lowest and best bid:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT OR~NED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I . That the bid of no'wlA ~~Afa" for garbage and
rubbish collecting and hauling service to the Vii lage of Dubl in
be, and it hereby is, accepted.
SECTION 2. That the Vi Ilage Administrator and the Clerk-Treasurer
be, and they hereby are authorized and directed to execute a
I Contract (copy attached) in the name of the Village with the said
~Itft. lPl1A...At.~ ' for sa i d serv ices accord i ng to the spe-
cification contained in Ordinance No: 77-79.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, de-
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for the
further reason that the current contract for these services ex-
pires on September 30, 1979 and therefore this Ordinance shall
take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage with the
contract being effective as of October I , 1979 and ending Septem-
ber 30, 1981.

- hereina ter sometimes referred to as "the Contractor", WITNESSETH
THAT:
WHEREAS, the Village of Dublin desires to have garbage and rubbish
co II ected in sa i d V i II age, and FtewM ~A.A~ 2N', des i res to
collect and dispose of the same, for the perio8 commencing October
I, 1979 and ending on September 30, 1981.
WHEREAS, by Ordinance of the Village of Dublin, the Village Admini-
strator and the Clerk-Treasurer have been authorized on behalf of
said Vi Ilage, to enter into a contract with said F~lIw ,,1<-
~CJJAr;.i1 Iuc.., , as an independent contractor, for said purpose:

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises given In
Ordinance No: 77-79 {authorizing advertisement for said services}
and Ordinance No: _'"1-19 , accepting the bid of F~IJ~eJ(
~A."~ Zlte.. for sa i d serv ices, the V i II age and the Contract-
or, agree as follows:
I The Village and the ~ontractor agree to abide by all Sections of
abovement i oned Ord i nances 77-79 and -37.. 7? .
The V i II age agrees to pay the Contractor the sum of ~ ( I ,~ c.f 0
per month for the services set forth above and in Ordinance 77-79
and OIIJ.# 1'1-7 t for a II the ex i st i ng res i dence in the V i II age of
Dublin, Ohio, and to pay in addition thereto the sum of $ ~~ ,~
for each additional residence bui It and occupied or annexed to the
Vi Ilage, during the term of this contract.
The contract price may be modified according to law during the term
of this contract to compensate for the increased cost of disposal.
The Village agrees to pay contractor for services rendered for each
month, on or before the 10th day of the following month.
Said Contract to be cancellable by the Village of Dublin, without,
liability, upon thirty (30) days written notice of cancellation to
the Contractor.
