AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS
FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE SAFETY-POLICE FUND,
I THE PARKS AND RECREATION FUND AND THE BOND RE-
TIREMENT FUND: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, the Appropriation Ordinance for 1979 includes an appro-
priation for Transfers, and;
WHEREAS, these Transfers must be made to meet the obligations of
the above stated funds:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I . That the Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized and
directed to make a Transfer from the General Fund to the Safety-
Police Fund in the amount of $20,000.00, from the General Fund
to the Parks and Recreation Fund in the amount of $9,000.00 and
from the General Fund to the Bond Retirement Fund in the amount
of $31,500,00.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, de-
cijred to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for the
I further reason that these transfers are currently needed to meet
the obligations of the above-mentioned funds and therefore this
Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its
passage.
